The "F" series are available with PVDF and PP pump heads. All pump heads are also available with self-venting feature.

"FAC EX" PNEUMATIC METERING PUMP

The vertically mounted series "FAC-EX" diaphragm (magnetic) metering pumps afford the ideal solution for problems encountered when metering small quantities in an "explosion-proof" environment. All-plastic housing (glass-filled polypropylene) is resistant to corrosive chemical agents. Front panel is made of PP-glass. Membrane is actioned by a pneumatic cylinder driven by a pneumatic valve. Valve's frequency may be frequency-regulated. All "FAC-EX" metering pumps have a diaphragm made of PTFE. This material is very resistant to mechanical movements and guarantees great chemical compatibility.

"FPER" & "FPER2" PERISTALTIC METERING PUMPS

"FPER"
Peristaltic metering pump with electronic timer, designed and built to solve small metering problems. Flow may be set using the knob on pump's control panel. It is also possible to set the dosing time. Timer is activated when pump is turned on. New cycle is activated when pump is switched off and turned on again.

"FPER2"
Peristaltic metering pump with double electronic timer for "work-pause" cycles. Timer can be auto-activated using an external signal such as an electrovalve. Flow may be set using pump's knobs on control panel. It is also possible to set the dosing time.

"GAC" - PNEUMATIC MEMBRANE METERING PUMP

Series "GAC" membrane metering pumps are driven by an electronic circuit consisting of a professional PCB and electronic components of proven quality for top reliability. An all-plastic container ensures that both the electronics and mechanical parts are protected against chemical attack. The hydraulic seal is provided by a PTFE diaphragm and five types of elastomer selected to suit the metered product. Easy-to-operate control functions are represented by graphic symbols on a tough polycarbonate panel. Series "GAC" pumps are available in six basic models:

Diaphragm is actioned by a pneumatic cylinder driven by a pneumatic valve. Valve's frequency may be regulated using a knob. This way, it is possible to reach the pump's desired flow value. All "GAC EX" metering pumps have a diaphragm made of PTFE. This material is very resistant to mechanical movements and guarantees great chemical compatibility.
